These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jensi ("we", "our", or "us"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides access to AI agents.
By accessing or using Jensi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jensi. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your information up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Uploading or processing unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Circumventing usage limits or access controls
- Using the service to distribute malware or malicious content
Subscriptions & Payments
Jensi is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as explicitly described in our Refund Policy.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase only, as described in our Refund Policy. After the refund window has passed, all payments are final.
